Air Quality accepts compliance and annual emissions reports electronically using GovOnline, an EPA-approved electronic report submittal system.

What is GovOnline?

GovOnline allows for online form and report submissions with real-time tracking of processing/review status. The system specifically allows users to:

  • Establish a user account and manage all your submittals online

  • Submit asbestos NESHAP notifications for demolition and renovation activities

  • Submit other air quality compliance reports.

  • Monitor the processing status of your submittals

  • Receive email notifications on review results

Getting Started

Submit your ​Electronic Signature Agreement (ESA) to Air Quality. The form should be completed by a facility’s responsible official(s) who will electronically submit compliance reports to Air Quality. Then access GovOnline to create an account and begin preparing and submitting your reporting forms. The GovOnline user Guide is linked here for reference.
